NAGC 2019 Conference
It was great to present at the 2019 National Association of Gifted Children’s Conference in Albuquerque and to be with all my colleagues from the University of North Texas Educational Pscychology – Gifted Education Program.
SOU – Creativity Conference Highlights 2019
It was an incredible time at the 2019 Southern Oregon University – Creativity Conference. It was great to see my former UGA professor, Dr. Mark Runco, who leads the conference. It was also nice to spend time with my UNT colleague, Dr. Kristen Lamb, who is now at the University of Alabama.
Presenting on the difference between giftedness and creativity was a great experience. The dialogue with colleagues and parents emphasized that more work is needed in the assessment of creativity in individuals.
